As an experienced CBT-I practitioner and recovering insomniac myself, I understand how frustrating sleep problems can be. I combine evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia with health coaching to help you achieve the restful sleep you deserve - naturally and sustainably.
Sleep troubles can come on slowly or suddenly. They are often in a frustrating cycle and connected directly with our physical and emotional health. The good news is though, CBT-I is an effective treatment alongside other health issues you may have. That’s why it’s recommended by the NHS and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) as the ‘gold standard’ treatment for insomnia.
