How can health coaching help?

This isn't a diet plan. It's a whole-life approach.

Health coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process. I won't tell you have to eat a specific way or hand you a rigid programme, instead, we work together to understand your health, identify what's getting been stopping you, and build sustainable changes that feel achievable in your real life.

As a UKIHCA Registered Health Coach, I draw on evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle principles, but everything is tailored to you. No one-size-fits-all. No guilt. No overwhelm.

How we work together

Each coaching journey is shaped around you and your goals. However, over 6 sessions we could typically work through these foundations together:

Getting to know you and goal setting

We start by understanding where you are, what's driving your health challenges, and where you want to be. Clear goals make everything else possible.

Nutrition foundations

We'll build your understanding of nutrition in a straightforward, jargon-free way, no fads, just the fundamentals that support a healthy body.

Wellness and balance

This covers the lifestyle factors that make a huge difference to how you feel: sleep, stress, mindset, resilience, and learning to set boundaries that protect your health.

Making nutrition work for you

We take those foundations and make them fit your life, your schedule, your preferences, your budget. Practical, not perfect.

Sustaining change

We'll build your understanding of nutrition in a straightforward, jargon-free way, no fads, just the fundamentals that support a healthy body.

Movement

We'll look at how you move, what's working, and what might help you feel stronger and more energised, without adding pressure or obligation.

Hi, I'm Tori

I'm a UKIHCA Registered Health Coach and CBT-I Sleep Specialist based on the Isle of Man. I work with women who want to feel better, not through extreme measures or complicated plans, but through honest, compassionate support that meets them where they are.

I understand what it's like to feel like your health is working against you. My approach is warm, practical and grounded in real life. I work with a small number of health coaching clients so that I can give each person the time and attention they deserve.

Sessions are available in person on the Isle of Man or online, so wherever you are, we can work together.

Health coaching is available at £65 per one hour session.

Alternatively, I can offer a block booking rate of £350 for 6 one hour sessions. Typically it takes more than one session to really make a difference to your health and it also takes time for realistic and sustainable changes to make an impact.

I work with a small number of clients at a time, so availability is limited. If you're ready to prioritise your health, I'd love to hear from you.
